Stop this app.

Don’t understand why we paying of parking become more troublesome instead of easier. Why can’t registration be linked to Singpass if this is government initiative?

i unknowingly parked in a smart carpark. only aware i incur a $1.xx parking fee after i received a warning letter from hdb asking me to pay this $1.xx. why can't u deduct direct from IU in the first place?! i do not even know when and which smart carpark i was at?

Was told this is a Scam and to avoid it.

Please update or discontinue this app. The registration using Singpass cannot be finished. Manual registration requests you input your card info without skip option that immediately reminds me maybe a scam. I wish I can give it a 0 star!!!

Tried repeatedly to register but failed. No way to address issue. Error message said “Sign up failed Invalid o or no. or password”. There’s no way I can pay my outstanding parking fees. This is tiring and ridiculous.

I don’t know why HDB likes to implement this troublesome system to make a payment for parking, more and more it seems like nonsense.

Force to use the app to pay the bill.

Is this app even necessary for the following reasons? 1. It forces the driver to download the app despite the driver being able to pay through the IU unit. 2. During registration, it is not integrated with SingPass SSO, while almost all SG Govt apps have been integrated with SingPass. 3. It requires a 12-character password for registration. WHO THE HELL RMBS 12 DIGITS?? This forces the user to jot down the password somewhere

Password should be 1200 characters. App is created to give convenience not giving user more hassle.
