## Parking.com Reviews in United States

### ***** "600 Peachtree"
Safe, clean, well lit and security protected. Two blocks to my destination. Great for parking at night.
-- Geniechic, 2026-09-13

### *---- "Absolute Trash"
This is the worst, most frustrating app I have ever used. God, I hate it so much. Unfortunately their website is also absolute trash, so you can’t win.
-- Bee.Ed, 2026-09-10

### *---- "App no longer works"
The app does not work on my iPhone.
-- RF8980, 2026-09-10

### *---- "caused lots of stress"
please log into your account before purchasing a reservation; if you do not, your ticket will get lost and you won’t be able to leave the parking unless you pay the lost ticket fee :)
-- name2865, 2026-09-10

### *---- "Crashes"
App errors when I try to purchase parking which resets the timeframe so I paid for the wrong time! These government contract companies never try to be good.
-- iPhone 6 user iOS 10.0.2, 2026-09-09

### *---- "Garbage"
Hate that my city switched to this useless app. When you enter payment info it won’t let you submit it. It is literally useless.
-- Dadventurenolared, 2026-09-05

### *---- "Time consuming"
I use this app for one parking lot only and there’s no easy way start a new session. Takes a while each time.
-- Jdb7s, 2026-09-04

### **--- "Inconsistent service makes it a frustrating experience."
If you reserve ahead of time and the license plate readers at the Morristown Station are down (frequent occurrence which takes months for them to fix), you have to use the code from the app. If you have poor service (because it’s a garage and is expected), you’re stuck. If you load before entering with service, it takes over 5 tries to load it because of a reoccurring json error. If you want to pay by card at the gate instead, you have to hope the scanner is working or you can’t get in and hold up the line, making everyone miss their train.
More frustratingly, they close entrances with no notice or sign. So everyone lines up at the gate just to see the small cone blocking the entrance and turnaround and go to the other, potentially missing the train.

The service is great when it works, but unfortunately often doesn’t.
-- Jamesbond857, 2026-09-02

### *---- "Horrible Functionality"
Infuriating that it saves a “default payment method” but doesn’t allow you to use this payment method when booking a session and you have to manually enter your card details every time.
-- JohnsonB2229, 2026-08-22

### *---- "has the memory of a goldfish"
first of all paying for parking and being apart of the scheme screams loser. if i’m going to have to pay i would at least like the app to work as i’m trying to pay. built and run by losers
-- Faithcb77, 2026-08-21

### *---- "Many Bugs"
Payment usually doesn’t go through. Have to try different cards. Then confirmation had a bunch of “null” fields. Now I need to request a refund?
-- FixTheAdsNow, 2026-08-17

### ***-- "Parking.com App"
I can’t book at the train station because it’s so crowded and I can’t find anywhere to sit then I get on the train to book parking and I’m having a difficult time. I still say the app is not user friendly.
-- LVS in RVA, 2026-08-14

### *---- "Worst Parking App"
This app is unbelievably frustrating to use for what should be such a simple task. I would absolutely not use this app if my city didn’t require me to do so to access a particular parking deck. Impossible to find, select and pay for what I need.
-- KatOwen13, 2026-08-12

### *---- "Worst app on my phone"
No question that this is the worst most poorly designed app on my phone. Each time I have to use it, it takes me 20 to 30 minutes to complete a parking reservation. I can’t believe they haven’t improved it.
-- JWF176528, 2026-08-04

### *---- "OMG"
Just terrible and entirely non-functional.
-- Iccubed, 2026-08-03

### *---- "Would not use unless forced to"
This app is extremely unintuitive. It takes forever to enter information – a simple two dollar transaction takes 10 minutes of fiddling.
-- Volcano Diver, 2026-07-30

### ***** "Porque pagas y te siguen cobrando"
No muy buena trabajo en restaurante y me dieron un código para el descuento y aún me siguen cobrando no entiendo porque están robando
-- Resúmenes de fondo, 2026-07-27

### *---- "Not trusty"
I went to chicago, city super expensive including parking, used this app and gave me really good prices, 16$ for a full day in downtown when is usually around 5$/h, when i tried to exit the parking lot i owed 50$, had to wait 30min and explain the workers that i paid in full using this app and they did not understand how i paid 16$.
-- EdwinA7X, 2026-07-27

### ***-- "Website"
Needs more work, updated needed
-- Skiman$$76, 2026-07-26

### *---- "Worst parking app I’ve ever used"
Every time I park I have to enter everything. Everything? EVERYTHING!!! I already saved my vehicle and payment info to my profile, yet every time I park I have to enter it again.

I parked. I paid. Now I want to know how much time I have left. Let me check My Parking Sessions - NONE FOUND!
