Horrible site. I paid for parking a month in advance online. There was no way to redeem it at the location. I had to PAY AGAIN. Then when i told them about it, they didn’t confirm my identity or payment, they refunded the wrong payment and made me get A PARKING VIOLATION. After I HAD PAID TWICE. Idiocy. Terrible app. Terrible UX. Careless customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s not that hard to make a viable app.
Over charging I have contacted parking.com and request the manager to call back and hasn’t as of yet. False advertisement will have me notify city of Chicago and the BBB.
Time selection only allows 30min intervals for both start and end time, which is complete cheat. Example, if I arrive at 11:15, I have to put 11:30 for start time or risk being fine. This time interval also determines your fee, which is by hour, you can end up paying a lot more.
Very inconvenient to rebook parking at the same location if didn’t remember parking zone
Parking at my office is scuffed and I’d love to make a Siri Shortcut to make this easier on staff. I think the devs would need to make the features available for me to do this.
For some reason Metra has decided to partner with this app for parking at their railway stations. However, this app defaults to a scant two-hour parking window. I would defy anyone to get to anywhere on the Metra in back within two hours. That simply isn’t what it’s for. Just spectacularly unfit to get a contract with Metra.
This app I’ve been fighting with to add time to a spot I’ve already had. It’s the most confusing, not user friendly app I’ve ever used. Park mobile is so much better.
I’ve had to program my information into this app multiple times. Two weeks ago I was given parking tix. Even though I paid for the day. Last week the app didn’t work for this location. Bad experience at every interaction.
Keep getting error “ Response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length.” When trying to pay.
I booked 3 days of parking and needed to come in and go twice each day. No information was given that this lot does not allow multiple entries. They allow only one in and one out EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR ALL DAY. I had to cancel all 3 reservations and wait 5 days to get my refunds. Do not recommend this app.
