## Parkinghood Description
Share parking spots with your neighbors effortlessly

Parkinghood makes parking coordination simple for building residents. Instead of managing complex availability calendars, just post a request when you need parking and let neighbors offer their spots.

How it works:
• Post a parking request with your dates and requirements
• Neighbors receive notifications and can send offers
• Review offers side-by-side
• Accept the best offer and coordinate directly
• Handle payments outside the app.

Key Features:

For Parking Requesters:
• Create short-term (1-7 days) or monthly requests
• Specify needs: EV charger, big spot, near elevator
• See offer count.
• Compare and accept/decline offers easily
• Track all your requests and their status

For Spot Owners:
• Get instant notifications for new requests
• Browse active requests in your building
• Make offers: free, paid, or donation-based
• Set your own terms and payment methods
• Cancel offers before they're accepted

Community Features:
• Real-time push notifications
• Clean, intuitive interface designed for quick actions
• Complete privacy within your building community
• Full account control with easy deletion option

Privacy & Security:
Built exclusively for verified building residents. Only collects essential coordination info: name, email, phone, unit number. No payment data stored. All financial transactions happen directly between neighbors outside the app.

Why Parkinghood?
Created by a neighbor, for neighbors. Eliminates messy email chains and privacy concerns of other apps. Simple request-based system puts control in the hands of the person who needs parking.
