Difficult to move parking space
Switching from a parking space to a different parking space is crazy difficult. I consulted with them through WA and call more than a month before the switch day, and follow every single instruction given. A month later, when it’s time to switch cards (give back old one and get new one), I followed up through WA. They told me that the new parking spot is not available, somehow their management didn’t give the card to the operation guy. But I booked it on the app long back, and now my old parking space is terminated without having the new one ready.
