Switching from a parking space to a different parking space is crazy difficult.
I consulted with them through WA and call more than a month before the switch day, and follow every single instruction given.
A month later, when it’s time to switch cards (give back old one and get new one), I followed up through WA. They told me that the new parking spot is not available, somehow their management didn’t give the card to the operation guy. But I booked it on the app long back, and now my old parking space is terminated without having the new one ready.

Before say got slot for that place, after I apply and need paid RM100 for deposit, than keep saying full and no more. If no more why still call me apply and that deposit non refundable.
Scammers and very slow
They are not legit and they are so slow until you get tired and say no need my deposit and their cancellation policy is not fair aswel
