Cannot top up credit successfully, everytime the page stuck at iPay88 then no payment method can be select.

Created account and there is not way to top up money. The app stays at IPAY88 (only option by the way) menu and <Continue> button greyed out. Worst is after wasting 20mins, the parking attendant came and issued a fine. 

At this age and era of AI, whoever that created and approved this app should be fired. I’m not a coder but I believe I can do a better job.

Registered for an account at ParkMax app, but did not receive any confirmation emails.

Tried logging in to the app, but an error message of “Exception: Login failed”.

Tried to click ‘Forgot Password’, an error message of “No account using this email address”.

Disappointed. Seems that I’m not the only one facing this issue?

How to use this app , cannot pay for parking under mbjb.

The app was able to accept my credit top up; but I can’t use the app to parking for the parking. 

The app is supposed to use the GPS to identify where I am so that I can pay for parking at the duration required. But it keeps location not detected / supported.

I even tried to manually book the parking but it won’t even list out the street ; Jalan Keris. 

This is odd, have cash but can’t pay.

To the app developer; can you please look into this?
