The app is just a regular parking app. Yes it does responds well. It is simple to use, yes. However, the inability to add 1 more hour to the parking rate really pains me. The only alternative it to pay for a full overnight fee, which is way more expensive that the day fee. So if you have to stay longer at work, or you are running late, you can’t add more hours and are subjected to receiving a parking ticket. Way do go. Terrible customer care.

I had to get a gate ticket to enter the parking lot, then wanted to switch over to this app, it shows scan gate ticket, but after 20 minutes of trying, it continued to say “there’s an issue with the code you’ve scanned”. This is stupid, I had to use the payment machine to switch to a day pass so I could leave the parking lot and return again. Prior to this episode, it has worked fine to reserve a spot.

Told me i was successfully parking and suddenly it showed i didn’t even pay and the parking didn’t even register. Such a buggy app. Often tells me i can park as i’m already paying in another area when im not?? Incredibly annoying.

I don’t know why but whenever I selected the hours for parking when i’m about to pay it always adjust the time to 24hrs. Today, i was running late and did not double check it and I end up paying for 24hrs instead of just 11 hrs. I think it’s a little sort of money grab that they automatically adjust the time just before paying.

The clock never seems to accurately update when selecting the time.  Would be great to have the hours option then the day rate option.  I always seem to get over charged when trying to get the day rate.  Using the machine is more reliable but only when it’s actually functional

Used this app recently while visiting Philadelphia and experienced glitches.  Called and spoke to Liam who spoke to his supervisor and stated there was a glitch in the app so they refunded my first parking expense.  This was one solution but didn’t help us as we still needed to park.  Liam directed me to the owner to “work” things out with them.  A Bobs Towing owned by Milina Harrison in Philly told me to just keep paying the app and there would be no issues.  So I did, however, with the glitch and limited options, I was late two mornings.  I had the reminders.  The parking conveniently  ends for Bobs Towing at 5:30 am always.  We only stayed two nights and the morning we were to leave, after paying my parking, we woke up to a Barnacle on our front windshield asking for 450 US to remove. Unsuspecting tourists and scams go hand in hand.  They were kind enough to remove it for 150US!!! Imagine, and we also paid the 32.45 for 4 hrs of parking.  I umderstand you saying well they are the owners of the lot, but you are complicit in this scam in allowing them to modify the app to fit their scam.  Look into it.  Zone 3190 on Callowhill Street in Philly.  DO NOT USE THE APP AT THIS LOT AMD CERTAINLY DO NOT PARK THERE AMD IF YOU DO, Be aware.  I wish someone would have helped us!
