Calling out the sketchiness of this app... For an app that acts as a utility to pay for city parking I dont appreciate how it lures unsuspecting users to hand out their personal email address to third part "vultures" on the promise of a $30 gift. Hungry vultures who will sell your email and advertise their gifts all day long. That is the gift otherwise known as a trap. A real gift would be a code for $30 off at various partners no email needed no subscription service sign up required. Instead the trap is a subscription or a trial which you will have to navigate the cancellation of if you want to be free, but the can still leak your personal information to the highest bidder until the end of time. Watch out folks, these types of "gifts" and promos have been around for years and they are deceptive because of the cost. If curious, the option is presented to give an email address to see what the gift is, however take that pill and it may already be too late... 🙄 This is why temp email is a thing. 💩

It is so easy to keep your parking up to date with this app. Love it.

The app signs me out every time I close it. So every time I go to use it to park again I have to sign in. The sign in works based on some email that never arrives in my inbox now, even the spam folder. This app has been utterly useless for trying to park and pay quickly. As we are forced to use this for my university I have no real other options. It is infuriating every day to waste so much time just trying to use your app.

I try to log on using the app inputting my email address and never receive the link even after trying again 1 min later. I have reserved parking and can’t access it.

(Updated): STOP THE UNWANTED ADVERTISING! THERE IS NO NOTIFICATION OPTION TO TURN OFF ADVERTISING SPAM. YOU MAKE ENOUGH MONEY FROM PARKING FEES. LEAVE ME ALONE!! Very frustrating to have to set it up every time I need it. It does not remember my login info. Ever! There I am standing in the parking lot trying to reregister while my party impatiently waits for me to join them. I assumed I was good so I went into the restaurant thinking I could finish login in from there. Wrong. The app forgot my vehicle info. I had to open a competitors app to retrieve my vehicle’s license plate. EVERY TIME!!!! Will you please give the app a long term memory? I have a password manager that works well. The whole send me a text/email to confirm login instead of a password is pretty cheesy. It just OK when it works. But it has the memory of a goldfish. Please fix the app. It needs to remember my data particularly so when the internet connection is poor I don’t have a repetitive process restoring my data standing in the street. JUST GOT MY FIRST IN-APP ADVERTISEMENT! You have a monopoly you don’t need me to hear you cheer for yourself. It is narcissistic. I have to use your service. I can’t delete the app to punish you. PLEASE STOP WITH THE ADVERTISEMENTS! And no; I will not be using the feedback email. Just read this direct feedback and correct the problems. If you ask me to use feedback app I will just copy and paste this same comment.

Too often app can’t find the number of spaces. Too often wants me to sign up again.

I use this app regularly in mid Florida. Not by choice, but due to the fact that many spaces require the app. I STAY getting parking tickets, regardless of the fact that I’ll still have hours left of time on my parking app. Again, it’s just another source of income for your local government. Have fun paying up.

When adding a card the app has the security code for the card as only 3 characters maximum. Credit cards use 4 digit security codes. Making it impossible to use the app to pay for parking had to go online

I had the app set up. Tried to use it just now. Wouldn’t let me sign in with my existing credentials. Insisted on sending me an email link to sign in. So I let it send me an email. Every link it sent, the app says that it’s expired. I started with Google, then decided against that. I ALREADY HAD AN ACCOUNT USING MY OWN EMAIL! But now it won’t let me delete that gmail account. Instead it serves up a “privacy” form with a check box to assure it that I’m not a robot. But the app has disabled the checkbox. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE APP!!!
