ParkMobile: Park. Pay. Go.

Never works. Why do i need to create an account and sign into a webapp to pay for parking? Needlessly complex.

GARBAGE! I have used this app for YEARS! Whatever changes you’ve done behind the scenes have turned this app from a convenience have turned it into an utter annoyance. I have just spent fifteen minutes dealing with network error messages that seemed to go away after deleting and redownloading the app. Now it won’t let me add a new card. I NEVER leave reviews, but I’m so frustrated by the sheer I competence and corner cutting that I need to share my frustration. I hope that you lose every account that your company has because this product no longer serves a useful purpose.

I just used this app for the first time and my credit card was compromised an hour later.

Apple Pay often isn’t accepted. Email sign-in link never arrives.

Minimum parking fees are such that you end up paying 10x more than you need to. Can’t edit vehicles/tags when parking (and UI spinner for state selection is a terrible choice), and there’s a limit to the number of vehicles. Location services don’t work correctly and prevent you from paying for parking because it thinks you’re somewhere else entirely. Manual entry of zone numbers is clunky.

App signed me out of my original account I’ve had for years, the link to reset never comes so I had to create another and the same thing is happening - the link never comes. Would rather over pay and park in a garage instead of wasting my time with this and getting a ticket.

When I open the app to park more times than not it has signed me out. Takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to get signed back in and sometimes I can’t get signed in when I need it. Disappointing app.

The app never returns the same code that is on the street sign. There should be the easiest thing for it to do when you click Park the GPS knows exactly where you are yet it forces you to search and then return to a different number than the one on the sign. Fix this!

A useless predatory buisness. Refuses to issue refunds for mistaken transactions and no way to cancel as session started in error. At least give us 10 min or something to do that. My car was never parked in that lot. You jerks owe me 10 bucks and I will do everything in my power to park anywhere else and encourage my civic officials to cut contracts. Another greedy rent seeking evil in America right here
