## ParkMobile: Park Reviews in United States

### *---- "Interface and logon BROKEN"
I have tried on multiple stressful occasions (with parking personnel circling the block) to log on to my account and I am no longer able to. A text keyboard pops up over the verification page and I’m caught in a loop because texting and emailing the verification code never comes. This account and app had worked for me in the past but for the past year it has been broken and I have been unable to pay for parking. THE WORST and incredibly frustrating to be standing on the street with a small child trying to do a secondary verification that seems completely
Unnecessary and does not work. I’m enraged every time I’m stuck in the position and now it’s been multiple times. I do not carry cash or cards so this is my only option.
-- maus286, 2026-09-13

### *---- "Can’t verify license plate"
App doesn’t let you verify the correct license plate before taking your money and then you can’t modify the plate number after booking. Absolutely terrible.
-- DarrenN8, 2026-09-13

### *---- "Must sign up for trial for their subscription service before your can pay for parking."
You can't use this app just to pay for parking. After entering all your info, the app will refuse to let you enter your spot if you decline to sign up their monthly subscription. I am so annoyed!

If you just want to pay for parking and not be gouged by a monthly subscription, choose another app.
-- smauvais, 2026-09-13

### *---- "Broken"
Cant create an account. Log in with google “sometjing went wrong” log in with apple “something went wrong” try email? Freezes on the verification step. Fix your terrible app
-- Wootnificent, 2026-09-12

### *---- "Unreliable app"
Because the app is not working properly, I’m not getting the discount the city is providing. Virtually no customer support from the app either to resolve the problem
-- mixxow, 2026-09-12

### *---- "Disgusting and ridiculous"
instead of charging the city for fees you charge now customers in a time where everything gets more and more expensive for customers.
I simply refuse to play along. Nowhere in the world consumer must pay additional fees to use a pay by phone service to park a vehicle!

Why don’t you get your dirty money from the city instead of the consumer!!!
-- Idon’twantthat, 2026-09-12

### ***** "Easy peasy"
I’m a parent parking at Creighton. The app is super easy and convenient. I love how it shows me how much time I have remaining and gives me the option to extend my time. And for $.50 an hour…
-- D Xerxes, 2026-09-11

### *---- "Completely broken"
Many issues with this app from basic 2 factor authentication to searching for parking zones to adding vehicles to account. Pretty incredible that this got released.
-- Quinlin Hamill, 2026-09-10

### **--- "Denies Apple Pay"
Agent support is not helpful at all.
-- Mbmetro123321, 2026-09-10

### ***-- "Convenient"
App works well. Great to be able to see how much time is left and to add time. Parking prices in the same location can vary.
-- Hankster50, 2026-09-09

### *---- "Carlos fails"
Carlos’s success is not possible
-- HAN– Sol; oh!, 2026-09-09

### ***** "Wonderful app"
Great app
-- Jimhen98, 2026-09-09

### *---- "gouging"
the only way for us to use this stupid service is the app and now you charge the consumer a platform fee in order to use this service like we’re not already forced to pay for parking. push this onto the companies that use your service not to the consumers who don’t have another choice
-- randaskm, 2026-09-09

### *---- "Scammer App"
I was using the app to extend the hour of parking. When it extended the hour, it default to start next day? I was walking and never think twice of an app extended hour of parking to start next day and it’s a street parking! Contacted customer service with no help. What a scammer app with no support
-- I.N.C., 2026-09-09

### **--- "steals your time"
when you pay for time with this app, it shaves off anywhere from a few seconds up to nearly a minute of your rightfully paid for time.
-- visual.noise, 2026-09-08

### *---- "Forced to download"
There is no other option for parking in this area but the website refuses to allow my transaction to go through. Really annoying that I am forced to download the app and save all my personal information in order to avoid getting a ticket.
-- Common Sense Parent, 2026-09-08

### *---- "Poor Disclosure and Frustrating Customer Service"
Very disappointing experience with ParkMobile for Business. I switched to a business profile on August 18 and was not aware that doing so would result in a recurring paid membership charge. I only discovered the approximately $54 charge on September 1 and contacted ParkMobile that same morning at 6:55 AM requesting immediate cancellation.

Despite contacting them right away and not using the membership benefits, customer service repeatedly refused to issue a refund and kept referring to a “no refund” policy and saying I should have contacted them before the 1st of the month.

My concern is that I was not clearly aware of the recurring paid charge before it was assessed. I repeatedly asked ParkMobile to provide the exact enrollment screen showing where the price, recurring billing terms, and cancellation deadline were disclosed to me, along with proof of my affirmative consent. Instead of addressing that directly, I was repeatedly told there are no refunds.

I eventually had to request escalation to a supervisor.
A company handling automatic recurring charges should make pricing and billing terms extremely clear before enrollment and should take immediate cancellation requests seriously. This has been an unnecessarily frustrating experience, and I would not recommend ParkMobile for Business based on how this was handled.
-- mariiausa, 2026-09-07

### *---- "Connects previous license plates without notifying"
After downloading the app for the first time, it found an old license plate and then connected to the current session. I had to paid for a new session since you cannot edit after paying for session. Sneaky way to make more money.
-- Reviewer_24, 2026-09-06

### *---- "Charge you even when parking is free"
Watch out this leech of an app will gladly charge you their fees, even during hours when parking is free.
-- pauliwally6, 2026-09-06

### ***** "Very easy to use"
I love the app. It’s very easy to use.
-- Amadave 64, 2026-09-06
