I cannot add a payment method. I cannot delete my expired card. Entering my address information on wallet section is so unbelievably clumsy for an app in 2024. For something with such widespread use, the lack of quick and intuitive interface is just pathetic. Update: deleted and reinstalled and this junky app STILL won’t allow me to use my payment methods or add a new one. Unbelievable.

I cannot sign into my account. I have tried dozens of times. It prompts to type email in and a link will be sent. The link never comes! Now I am in the chat, the bot could not help me, I’m awaiting over 15 minutes for human representative (which bat this point I do not think will be showing up to help). I would never use this app if I didn’t have to. Unfortunately certain places I go, parkmobile is the only option. And I cannot login in to my account!

Extreme load of Sheet. Tried creating account and after entering says account locked and to call. Twice. Of course no answer. Tried web and app based. Tried iPhone and Windows computer. Constantly fails and never received the email links. Finally able to check out as guest on website. There must be a better provider.

Left me stranded unable to pay for parking on a Sunday night in a town that charges parking 24/7. No longer allows logging into my account with a password. The app claims to send a link to my email, but the email never comes, not in spam folder, tried resending multiple times. No support phone number and chat support not available for five hours apparently.

It won’t take Apple Pay or PayPal; I added two different credit cards but kept getting an error message, couldn’t add additional payment methods. Complete waste of time. I finally checked out as a guest and that worked. Don’t waste your time with the app unless you enjoy being frustrated.

Used the app. Still got a parking ticket. There is no way to use the app to contact the same town/authority that issued the ticket in error. Needs to be able to correct errors or contact when there is one.

Hate it. Everytime I use it something else annoying occurs. New log ins. Different payment type rejected. Paid parking on free parking days. Hate it.

Works every time with both Apple Pay and Live Activities. Super easy.

I accidentally extended my time too much and when I called I was on hold for 25 mins and then they told me there’s nothing they could do
