This app is awful, we got in but couldn’t get out of the parking because the app had lost our reservation. The employee could not help or find our reservation it was non existent to get out.

Submitted my cell# to verify via SMS. No SMS sent. Makes me not want to use the app or service anymore.

Made a reservation and then later I signed it and lost the reservation. No way to get it back, had to reach out to customer service and waste so much time just for airport parking. Fix your app!

Still no access to Halifax location. Truly useless.

Big waste of time, email for support they say to use website, get a text with reservations no QR code , says needs app to get discount doesn’t work!

I can’t open the app to use it at all. It just crashes immediately after showing the login screen.

Asks for payment info at booking to ‘speed up’ the check out process at the gate. I still needed to get my credit card out to pay at the gate. Why take my credit card info on the app? Useless and waste of my time filling it out. Hopefully my number doesn’t get stolen and fraudulently used.

Halifax location is non existent in the app so unable to make any reservations here.. strange
