## Park’N Fly Canada Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Current reservation disappeared"
Went to app to simplify pickup process but reservation not showing up. No instructions on app or website regarding WHERE to go to regarding shuttle bus.
-- Jimjoejerome, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Worst app"
On my return from vacation, this app lost all the reservation information. Unreliable app.
-- subie2021, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Complete joke"
This apps a complete joke. And it looks like no one cares at all. So many 1 star reviews. Worse app ever. There should be a way to give 0 stars for a crappy app like this
-- CraneMonkey, 2024-11-28

### *---- "Terrible service"
App wouldn’t let me reset my password. then at 2:30 in the morning when we were trying to leave the parking lot it kept saying “invalid ticket” so I had to call and wait 30 mins for somebody to show up to let us out. Extremely inconvenient both ways. Will never be using park n fly again!
-- Werffs, 2024-11-24

### *---- "Useless app"
It won’t allow me to log in
-- Hansil Disgruntled, 2024-11-14

### *---- "HORRIBLE"
I cannot get this app to load properly. I do not receive the verification code so can’t retrieve a barcode to use at drop off location.
Completely useless and unacceptable
-- CottageGurl, 2024-11-12

### *---- "One of five star rating"
The app freezes after I select my return date and time ….why can’t they get this right?
-- ;&6,19,;, 2024-11-05

### *---- "Non stop crashing / looping"
Tried 10 times after registering to pick a time for a 9 day stay. After choosing the time it crashes back to the beginning.
-- 56_Freak, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Terrible App"
I used to use parknfly all the time. There is a change in the process of booking parking which is a complete disaster. Tells me to use the app which I do but seems to loop back to register. Called support and just got a voicemail.

Never do reviews but wanted parknfly they have lost one customer based on how difficult it is to use the app.
-- Tert333, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Rewards"
Terrible app
I’ve been scanning or giving the lady in booth my account number.
I park here twice a month for 1 week at a time.
And haven’t got any reward points since February.
Should I be parking somewhere else,
Loose all those points? Or is there any ?
