Pay now or later: You can now choose to pay at the end of your session and only pay for what you use. Just park your car, start the session on the app and end it when you leave.
You can still choose to pay upfront and top up from the app if you need more time.
Ticketless: No need to go to the meter or display a ticket as parking rangers will be able to see that your parking is paid for.
Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay, G Pay, MasterCard, Visa and AMEX
Create an account to save time: You can save your vehicle and payment details in the app for added convenience.

Useful app, needs more availability

Very useful app and streamlined wait pay for parking. It would be better if it was available in more locations. It would also be useful to have a summary function that can be downloaded in a CSV format to submit for expenses. Otherwise very handy

Handy app

Logging in was a bit cumbersome when the linking didn’t work right away. Fixed itself when I restarted the app.

Good when it works correctly.

Out of pocket because the app didn’t have the correct meter available to select on the map (that was showing PARK’nPAY). No option for a refund, told to contact council.

Unreliable and poor customer support

I had an issue with a parking session. The app asked me to pay, took my payment yet said “payment unsuccessful”. I paid about 4 times, no resolution, same error, money left my account. Emailed customer service through the app - no resolution. No phone number to call. Now I can’t use the app because a perking session from one month ago is still active. Very poor customer experience.

Easy As to Park, and Pay, without needing a Pay Station!

Fantastic app, saves time, frustration with non-functioning pay stations, and not getting wet!😁😁

Great app

Great to use very easy and gives u the option to pay for what u use . Only the app could do that. I think the developers should advertise that part because that’s the biggest thing I loved about this

Ended up paying over 1 hour for 10 minute Park No reminder was sent even though I requested it

Can’t use the App anymore

Insists I download latest bug fixes etc but doesn’t download. Been trying for a week. Was a great app.
