For JVC tenants, there is no clear rule about why the registration cannot be done. There is simply an error message, no customer care to check what are available options.

Completely unaacceptable and a terrible experience. It keeps auto‑deducting from my Salik account incorrectly, even when I haven’t used the parking. I checked my Salik history and saw multiple wrong deductions caused by parkonic. It’s inaccurate, unreliable, and honestly feels like money is being taken for no reason. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Stated requirements for the password do not match with actual requirements. 

No matter what I try I get message “Password must be at least 8 characters, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character". 

Also, this application doesn’t accept complex passwords suggested by Safari. C’mon, you’re not more advanced than Apple’s cybersecurity team.

There is so much confusion about the parking charges and deduction, no clarity about the rules, I was at sunset mall which says two hours free parking and have two boards of parking rules with completely different information. Also they have made the queries resolving only through email, Inspite of having an app which is a deliberate way to complicate things for customers. Absolutely not happy with this application.

This is an unbelievable way to charge parking with no accountability for this company, charges that do not correspond to usage.
This is the technocracy payment system being implemented without giving any chance to agree or disagree to their terms and not being able to proof the truth because they control cameras and data. A way to simply charge because they say so.
I was charged twice with incorrect data and they simply send notice of debt. The information of timings are wrong and there is no way to proof my entry times or non usage.
How much money will they charge just because they say so?
And why is being imposed as the only option? Without any alternative? Are we now subject to whatever the system says with no way to reclaim?

I will expose this to authorities.
Very deceptive to experience this type of attitude from a company in Dubai, where all is so clear, transparent and has always protected the population.
This system gives Dubai a very bad impression, and it must have a mediation for all drivers in order to protect Dubai's good reputation.

I am disappointed that the app provided no notification at the start of my parking session. I only received an update days later, after incurring hundreds of dirhams in fees. Despite being registered, the system failed to send the real-time alert necessary to manage my session.

After I parked at emirates co-op society to buy water, I was charged for one hour parking. When I raised the dispute with Union Coop Manger he stated that we there is 2 hours free parking and I should have not been charged. I called Parkonic and they said that my parking was supposed to be validated and that they cannot help me and go back to the shop. 
There is a serious communication issue between Parkonic and Shops!!

From December 24 to January 22 — for over one full month — our vehicle has still not been properly registered through this system.

This is taking place at Palm Jumeirah, The Palm View — one of the most premium locations in Dubai — yet the service quality is completely unacceptable.

This is the worst application and parking service I have ever experienced. The level of organization and professionalism is comparable to that of a third-world standard, which is absolutely unacceptable for such a location.

The parking management responsible for residents at Palm Jumeirah demonstrates clear incompetence and lack of responsibility. This team should be urgently reviewed and replaced.

I strongly do not recommend this service to any resident.

They made it mandatory to register on the app, it does not work. 
Their customer care is not responding to the calls. 

I request UAE authorities to take immediate action against them and take back the parking systems from them.

Never ever experienced such worst application in dubai. They never respond on email, there helpline is not available at any time and the application itself is constantly loading. I registered my tenancy and suddenly its all gone now. My vehicle is registered but still while trying now for tenancy its giving error that vehicle needs to be registered first
