## ParkRecharge Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "So bad"
I had just spent 15 mins trying to download, register and log in. Haven’t even got to the point of having to add credit. Held to ransom again to down load another app and have money logged.

Poor idea, even worse app.

All I can say is the sales person who got the deal on this city centre charger that you were able to tap and pay must get themselves on the apprentice as they must be cracking!
-- Curlymoo, 2026-04-11

### *---- "Absolutely useless"
Can’t even login
-- Emondex, 2026-03-30

### *---- "Another money trap charging app"
Why can’t these providers just do pay as you go? Another app the wants to hold your credit for the rare occasion you actually have to use one of their charge points. Also having chargers that don’t allow a debit card. Utter rubbish. I’ll deleting the app and avoiding their chargers.
-- gfcviedxco, 2026-02-24

### *---- "Not helpful"
This app does not do anything other than take payment. Not interactive.
-- CelCoo, 2026-02-19

### *---- "Dire - so slow & unhelpful"
Really poor interface - no integration with iPhone name/phone/card payment functionality so it took 5-10 minutes to register, manually type in all my details from scratch & set up a new account - so frustrating when we’re all used to smooth, slick, well integrated apps which prepopulate from your phone. Once registered & payment card set up, the charge process worked ok.
-- ChrisFJones, 2026-02-02

### *---- "Credit based charging"
How very 2016!! Get in the bin
-- AAC hdjen, 2026-01-31

### *---- "Like going back to 2020"
TLDR, you must use this app to use the charger, they are not partnered with octopus Electroverse or anything like that, the app gives you the impression you can charge as guest, but you cannot and must register at the end. It’s a credit based app, so you must pay for more than you use, honestly it’s 7.5 minutes of my life gone, and I'm furious
-- Toastydave1, 2024-10-05

### *---- "Mark Walker"
Terrible app designed to con you out of as much money as possible. It’s only possible to add credits in increments of £5 which expire. Useless unless you know exactly how long you’re going to stay at a location.
