Many issues needs fixing -- Endndl, 2026-02-03 ### *---- "Monopolized parking" App is ok if you have to be there. but they snatch up all of the parking in the area and jack the price up up up. They also have people out at all hours writing tickets the moment your time expires. Better to just avoid Savannah. -- use2378426844799531, 2025-12-31 ### *---- "Cannot save card" Piece of junk. Spent so long trying to save multiple cards. It does not work and does not accept Apple Pay -- Jman112346788, 2025-11-03 ### *---- "“Location not currently available” bug" No matter where I go, it says “Location not currently available.” it won’t even let me put in the numbers, this is just when I try to tap “New Session.” It’s especially frustrating when I don’t have my card on me, this is why I use the app in the first place. -- nij520, 2025-10-12 ### **--- "Let me pay ahead of time!" I am a tourist wishing to pay for a spot at 8am Monday morning. I am unable to pay Sunday night and therefore have to set an alarm for 8am. If hours simply weren’t restricted it would be much easier for tourists. -- Kings krunk, 2024-08-19 ### *---- "Terrible" Doesn’t work. Had to pay at the kiosk. No way to extend your time. No way to link your kiosk session to the App. ParkMobile works way better Savannah! -- Nubby, 2024-06-11 ### *---- "What do you mean location is not available? Garbage service and app" What do you mean location is not available? I’m at the parking spot and allowed location -- AlphaDeltaGo, 2024-06-03 ### **--- "Easy to Use-But Hard to Get Glitch Refund" I am NOT a tech-savvy person, but this app was easy to use… until I was double-charged on the same day for the same spot. I have been trying to reach a human being since March, & it is now May 1st! After reading the Terms & Conditions, emailing & calling as instructed, & never getting ANY responses… I finally had to start threatening to dispute the duplicate charge before getting ANY attention from anyone. I have now been told I will get a refund check in 14-16 days. Just an FYI-I WILL dispute it on Day 17. Too much runaround from a seriously defective system that completely ignores its customers. SHAME ON YOU, City of Savannah! -- CrombieMom, 2024-05-01 ### ***-- "App appears to work well but no Apple Pay." The app appears to work well. Parking spaces are sometimes on the sidewalk and it seems always within the “square” where the car parks. The app unfortunately does not give a way to pay without saving the credit card. I don’t care if this never leaves this app.. the card should never be saved within the app. The second thing I had an issue with is that Apple Pay could not be used to pay. This absolutely should be the default for all iOS apps. It has been around forever. There is no reason to not use it. It is by far the safest way to pay. -- bippy_b, 2023-09-07 ### *---- "2 stage verification not working and dead links" Downloaded the app. Could not set up because no text or call with 6 digit verification was ever sent. App is DOA. -- ZR-Dave, 2023-06-05 [View all ParkSavannah reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## ParkSavannah Discovered Keywords -
