Skip a park whiz run facility. They have no support so if your code doesn’t work to get out (like ours), you get stuck, can’t get out, have a bunch of angry people behind you and the phone just rings and rings. Finally a cleaning person who didn’t work there took pity (she was wonderful) and saved the day but whoever was supposed to be covering the Webster facility in Lincoln Park, Chicago couldn’t be bothered to work that day. And someone give that cleaning person a medal (or have her run Park Whiz…she’d do a better job than whoever is doing it now).
The gentleman who check my car in and out were kind and quick! Even let me use the restroom! I came from NJ. It only 0.7 to walk to my daughters house. Thank you for the reasonable pricing. Especially these days!
Purchased a parking space in Washington D.C. and went to the location that was identified by the address and photo. On arrival, the valet looked at my ticket and said they don’t accept it. I was fortunate to find a nearby parking garage but obviously had to pay again. Contacted this company and they simply make it as difficult as possible to get the refund. Best to go directly to a garage or find them online rather than using this app. Very much feels like a scam. Avoid!!!
This is the first time I used the app. First it sent me to a lot that is a construction site and no longer parking. The second attempt worked better but the directions to the garage sent me to the front of a building. The garage is in the back. Once I got there, though, my prepaid QR code worked great. And this is the cheapest parking I’ve ever had in Washington DC
When the app and website didn’t work (unclear why) they refunded my money without too much hassle.
Used the app to reserve a spot in New Orleans. Later, my car was booted. After negotiating with the lot administrator, the boot fee was removed but had to pay again for the spot. Lot administrator told me not to use this app because the information from the app is not always relayed to the lot administrator. David in customer service did get back to me and offered a refund.
must have for DC. Truly amazing. So good even the attendant was impressed! If this works as well in other cities, I’m gonna be really impressed. Made an annoying experience in DC very pleasurable. I can’t wait to try this in other cities like NYC for example!
I wasn’t able to park in the lot I booked because they said it was full. I had to drive around for 20 minutes to find another place to park and missed the opening act at a concert I paid a lot of money to hear ALL of the acts!
When I tried to find parking for the Kennedy center, this was the location that came up after finding parking, we discovered that it’s one and a half mile walk to the Kennedy Center. Not very convenient for someone who’s all dressed up and wearing high heels.
