Paid almost $70 for parking to an event and parked a block away from PPG arena in Pittsburgh and once we got to the event, they had parking for $20 at the same lot. They wanted $100 to park in the lot attached to the arena and it was $20 to pull up and park. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Guy at the parking lot laughed at us when we told him what we paid.
The Park Mobile app is so much easier to use.
You might as well just light your money on fire. 9/10 times there is something wrong with the garages listed—no attendant for valet with no self park, machine doesn’t take the ticket, lot full—and good luck trying to get your money back. Inconvenient and convoluted refund request system, countless emails, closed tickets. In the end, you’ll pay more for multiple spaces that do not work than if you just paid the posted rate to begin with. You’re better off just driving your car into a river or handing the keys to a stranger. Truly the worst app out there. Download it and see for yourself!
Horrible. I want my money back! No spaces available. Paid and activated from restaurant. Never got into the lot. Had to pay another $20 in another lot. I want a refund. Spoke to a couple of other people and they had the same issue !
The App crashes as soon as it loads you have to do everything through the browser. Dont waste your phone space.
Second time here where spots are filled. No signs and very little space to turn around when you’re rejected
Bought a ticket to a place that was not close to the advertised event. The parking was non existent and they have not replied to my refund submission. Never will use again
Has the same parking prices as SpotHero but has a higher service fee. What’s the point?
I parked in the lot they showed me but received a citation. They don’t help sort out the citation…check the FAQ DO NOT TRUST
The app is not intuitive, and could be made more logical with common consumer based apps. You have to choose filters in order to see what you can buy.
