Не работает с iPhone Z

В прошлом году оплатила за год - не работало, писала разработчику- реакции 0. В этом году попробовала еще раз, оплачено, не работает. При попытки войти в аккаунт пишет Bad not.

good app but problems with payment and communication

I charged $27.49 twice from my card and did not return my money. I don't recommend this app

Не грузится, вылетает при включении.

У меня после обновления сбросились все пройденные уровни и отключилось платное пользование, что делать ?

Ошибка при попытке восстановления пароля

Приложение нравилось, в какой-то момент выбило и запросило ввести пароль, который я не смогла вспомнить. При многочисленных попытках сбросить пароль, на почту так ничего и не пришло. Пробовала и спустя время, через несколько дней и спам проверяла…ничего не пришло(

Не смогла воспользоваться программой

Подписала годовую подписку ещё в 2019 году , но были проблемы с картой , оплатить смогла лишь сейчас , но розоватая приложением не могу , тогда за что я заплатила деньги ?

Есть над чем поработать

После моего замечания о подглючивании-пришёл ответ от разработчика и проблема была реально устранена! Приятно! Однако ещё бывает «виснет» звуковое воспроизведение предложений. Не часто но бывает!
