However one needs to use the application downloadable online to get the services. They quit updating the application! And they have rendered the previous application unusable. There no longer is a parrot concert hall audio audio effect. There is no longer an equalizer. It is no longer possible to receive calls on these headphones. Now what you have, in addition to headphones that you paid considerably extra for - for these unique services - is basically a plain old set of headphones!!!!! Do not purchase this product - as it is bad, very bad - and those responsible for running this company are (insert insult name here).
