Der Parts Assistant ist ein kostenloser Service für Liebherr-Kunden. Wir ermöglichen Ihnen, Ersatzteile und Servicematerialien schnell und einfach zu finden und direkt über die App zu bestellen.
Nutzen Sie die innovative Bilderkennung, die Textsuche in über 100 Sprachen oder den QR-Code-Scan, um defekte Teile schnell zu identifizieren. Der zusätzliche Abgleich mit dem offiziellen Liebherr-Ersatzteilkatalog sorgt für maximale Kontrolle, damit Sie ganz sicher sein können, das richtige Ersatzteil gefunden zu haben.
Bei der Serviceteileplanung erinnert Sie der Parts Assistant automatisch an bevorstehende Wartungen und listet alle benötigten Materialien – inklusive Motor-, Hydraulik- oder Getriebeölen, Filterpaketen und Verschleißteilen – mit korrekter Mengenangabe auf.
