## Pass Track Reviews in United States

### *---- "App is not working"
App does not work and gives messages of no internet even when connected to internet
-- Incognito-alinyc, 2025-01-24

### *---- "Help needed"
I’m going to travel, and every time I register it says email already in use, then if I login, then it says credentials don’t match. How to solve it. And if I change password it says server errors. What should I do. I have been trying since two days and it’s giving the same message.
-- Sgdndurni, 2024-06-02

### *---- "Unable to register for the first time user"
I’m unable to register for traveling it’s keep loading with no message not sure how to proceed with this weird app.
-- Semanaza, 2024-03-28

### *---- "Dumb"
There is nothing on this app to explain how to use it or what to do. What is the point of this app???
-- Annisuz13, 2023-05-22

### *---- "1/5 horrendous app"
This app is so hard to use and it’s not user friendly at all. It crashes constantly and never works properly. It was because of this app I was not able to board my flight to Pakistan from California. It cost me thousands of dollars.
Shame on the developers for making such an atrocious app.
-- khattak karak, 2023-03-03

### *---- "Horrible app"
I added my/ family info on our June trip, why do I have to add all basic info again in Nov trip?
Also getting Error when viewing the info I submitted. Also unable to delete the info I added so I can change and add info again! So glitchy and poor app.
-- MasterME NYC, 2022-11-07

### *---- "Cannot even register"
Hello, I cannot even register. Tried three time already. I have a flight to catch in 4 days.. what to do??????
-- nifnif27, 2022-11-02

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Not sure, what’s the problem, but whenever I need to travel this app never works. I am trying for past whole week and it’s keep on giving me error and saying try in little while. If this is a mandatory app for registration, then why it’s not being fixed. That’s absolutely absurd.
-- Jst2cool, 2022-10-20

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
this is the poor app I used in my life
I don’t know who make this app I tell you here
Please just delete it from App Store
Really trash
-- Nas Kazimi, 2022-10-13

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
It doesn’t even open in my phone
I can’t register myself
-- saakbari0097, 2022-10-09
