Eigentlich ist die App wirklich großartig! Allerdings stürzt sie auf meinem IPhone 6 Plus mit iOS 12.5.7 bei Öffnen ab, trotz angeblicher Kompatibilität! Ich würde mich sehr über einen Fix freuen, oder eine Ausschließung der Kompatibilität.

### **--- "Schlechte Umsetzung….."
An sich benutze ich die App in der free Variante schon länger, besonders fürs Deutschland Ticket. Da ich einem Freund meine Vorlage senden wollte habe ich auch die pro Version gekauft, doch leider funktioniert das nicht richtig.

Schon alleine das versenden hat Probleme gemacht, es funktioniert nicht in der App selber, nur in der Apple Wallet App, und auch nur wenn man den Pass neu hinzufügt, das sagt die App aber nicht. Es wäre schön wenn die App selber das teilen möglich macht. Doch auch das importieren von der exportierten wallet Datei funktioniert nicht so einfach, auch hier erst nach langem probieren…. Nicht grade nutzerfreundlich…. Und zum Schluss lässt sich der importierte pass nicht bearbeiten …. Wozu habe ich die Pro Version für mich und den Freund gekauft wenn ich den pass nicht auf seinen Namen ändern kann. Auch das nachträgliche umwandeln in eine Vorlage funktioniert weder in der free noch in der Pro Variante …. Enttäuschend…. Ich werde mir das wohl Geld erstatten lassen müssen.

Hallo, ich mag die App und die Vorlagen sehr und ich würde diese App unglaublich gerne nutzen weil diese alles hat wonach ich gesucht habe, jedoch kann ich weder ein Barcode noch einen QR-Code scannen. Ich finde dies sehr schade und hätte gerne Tipps zum beheben.

Recht übersichtlich und halbwegs gut zu bedienen. Es gibt ganz gute Vorlagen aus denen man auswählen kann.
Bei jeder Karte kommt aber die Meldung, dass das Barcode Format nicht kompatibel ist und ob es umgewandelt werden soll.
Nachdem ich dann einige Zeit investiert habe um meine Karten in mein Wallet zu übertragen sind fast alle Karten gruppiert und nur beim Draufklicken werden sie sichtbar. Find ich blöd.
Heute dann der Versuch die umgewandelten Karten zu benutzen: keine funktioniert 🤡
Alle QR Codes/ Barcodes sehen auch anders aus als auf den Original Karten. Was nicht für Apple wallet kompatibel ist, kann wohl auch keine andere App ändern. Also alles umsonst und gelöscht.

Deutschlandticket von der MVV/DB in München hab ich in Wallet importiert und wurde eben bei der ersten Kontrolle 1A korrekt erkannt!
Handyticket & Chipkarte (was sonst nicht beides geht hier in München). 👍

The only positive thing to say about this app is that it's relatively easy to use. But that's about it sadly. Every card i tried to add, or every qr code i scanned to be precise, got turned into some useless jibberish which was rejected during control. It took a long time to explain to the train conductor that it was the apps fault and not mine. Thank you for that by the way. 

Another thing that worries me is th fact that all the data i entered repeatedly while trying to make it work is probably now permanently stored on your servers where god knows what can or will happen to them.

So people, safe your time and use another app. That's about it.

I would appreciate a feedback from the developers if possible, thank you!

### ***-- "Deutschlandticket nicht gültig"
Ich habe die App installiert, um mein Deutschlandticket in die Wallet zu bekommen und den QR-Code auf der Apple Watch vorzeigen zu können. Bei der letzten Kontrolle (Erixx Niedersachsen) konnte der QR-Code zwar gelesen werden, es wurde jedoch angezeigt, dass kein gültiges Ticket vorläge. Habe dann das Ticket direkt aus der Handy-App vorgezeigt (FahrPlaner) und das Ticket wurde als gültig erkannt. Schade, die App Pass2U Wallet hat damit den von mir erwünschten Erfolg nicht erzielt. Ich werde die App wieder deinstallieren.

Die app ist praktisch. Ich würde mir zwei Funktionen wünschen, dann gibt es 5 Sterne. 
1. ich möchte aus einem pass eine vorlage erstellen können, oder eine bestehende vorlage eines anderen erweitern können
2. ich möchte pässe kopieren können, damit ich bspw nur noch den namen und den code ändern muss, der rest bleibt gleich.

### *---- "Willkürliche Kartengruppierung, keine Reaktion vom Service"
Karten werden willkürlich ohne erkennbaren Grund oder System gruppiert. Diese Gruppierung lässt sich auch nicht auflösen. Zugeordnete Kategorien werden nicht übernommen. Daher ist eine sinnvolle Sortierung der Karten nicht möglich. 
Nachtrag: am Problem hat sich bisher nichts geändert. Dem Service scheint es egal zu sein dass die App stark fehlerbehaftet ist. Habe mich nun für eine andere App entschieden, die auch funktioniert

### ****- "Unterschiedliche Barcode-Typen…."
Eine so tolle App, jedoch gibt es keine Möglichkeit unterschiedliche Barcodetypen zu scannen. So fehlt z.B. der ITF Barcode und vermutlich auch andere. Es heißt beim Einscannen immer nur, dass der Code 128 nicht in Apple Wallet funktioniert. Auch falsch übersetzt. Der ITF wird aber in einer Mitbewerber-App problemlos in die Wallet übertragen. 
Bitte, bitte macht uns das möglich. Es ist eine sooo tolle App und ich möchte nicht mit mehreren hantieren.

Aber!!! Karten derselben Kategorie werden in Apple Wallet nicht gruppiert. Und das ist eine sehr praktische Funktion. Und so ist das Programm von sehr, sehr hoher Qualität.
