Not user friendly

Unfortunately can’t use the app without a local phone number. I don’t understand why having a local phone number is a requirement to book a taxi.

Bad customer service

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I don’t think they hire humans and use very cheap AI.

Can't log in to Change New Number

I get a different phone number every time I travel to Cambodia. You have to log in with the phone but then when you give them the email it says already taken. Yes, BY ME LAST YEAR & Before. If they let you log in with email you could change to the new number. Same problem as last year & they still have not fixed it. Please change this for tourists that come back with new phone numbers every year.

Dangerous Drivers, Many Cancelled Trips

drivers drop off at wrong location too many times. customer service Does Not Exist. what a Garbage app!

Can’t download data to IPhone

Been trying to download app to my phone and get message collecting data for 2 days Fix problem please

Not safe, avoid this app

I had a driver take to me to the wrong place, demand more money, and threaten me. Their support ignored it and took no action. Do not use this app for your own safety.

Changed Number Can't Log On

I changed my number & it will not let me log in because "e-mail is taken". Yes, BY ME!😡. Let people recover their account via an email link.

Resend SMS

Needs a way to resend the SMS. I setup the account with a correct phone number and never got the SMS. And there is no way to proceed.

Update

Please update the app. It doesn’t work with iOS 15.6
