## Passiv Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Excellent"
I’ve had the Passiv controller fitted for 5 months now along side my ASHP. When the hot water is used and it drops below 50%, I get a 0% hot water remaining reading which is totally inaccurate as I can easily still get a shower out of the hot water tank. I’ve been waiting on a fix but it seems the customer services is lacking with this company.

Edit. The issue turned out to be the probe sensor was placed in the stat control hole with nothing plugging the hole. Therefore the sensor was exposed to the cold air in the garage. Since moving the probe to a smaller ‘probe pocket’ hole, I am now getting accurate readings. The system has been transformed and is now working superbly. Thank you for your help guys at Passiv
