Asked them why and they won’t answer. I found the app to be confusing and when I noticed I was charged $20 for the month I was stunned. I wasn't aware I had a subscription until I saw a charge in the amount of $20. I quickly looked through my subscription through my phone and didn't see one for this app. I looked around the app and finally found what I was being charged for. I got this app and used it the initial day and canceled it a few hours later. I got confirmation in two emails showing that I had canceled. They continued to charge my credit card for another 10 months. It was only for five dollars a month and that’s why it slipped past me. When I reached out to them, they refused to ever respond to any of my emails and they have no way of getting a hold of them with the phone number. I went on social media to try to get them to respond and they will never ever respond. Their customer service is nonexistent.
