Not a free app

Not free! It will charge you in the end for you photo.

Does not save any setting

Doesnt save settings, so have to readjust for every photo. Not user friendly at all, there are better apps out there.

Accurate and covers all countries

Been using for years. It has pretty much all countries and options where you might need a picture - visa, pr, passport. The app makes it very easy to take pictures and tailor it to meet the specs.

Terrible service.

Don’t go with them! I had to buy a second set of photos through another company. I ordered my photos and when they did not arrive within the 2-3 business days after shipping that they claim. After contacting the company, they basically blamed me saying they were probably in my mailbox or I must have given them the wrong address. (Neither was true) They were also unable to provide any sort of tracking. Several days later, and no photos, I had to get photos done elsewhere with no guarantee that the photos would ever show up. Now they will only offer a $3 refund which makes no sense. I still don’t even have that after multiple emails. No tracking info? I’ve never heard of this. Save yourself the trouble and money of having to buy 2 sets of photos. What an absolute waster of time and money.

The best passport app!

I have used multiple passport apps, however, this is the best free app in existence. There is no extra frills/excessive editing that needs to be done and you are able to print out at home for free.

Basic feature of cropping the background, what the apps icon advertises, is not available without paying.

Didn’t work for Canada

Photo did not work for Canadian passport. The image was zoomed in too close. I had to retake it at a local pharmacy.

Very good! Lifesaver. Worth it.

Highly recommended. Though double check official sources to make sure the set size (width and height) is correct for your needs as per the country you’re applying to.
