Took 9 photo’s not one accepted for passport renewal. Trying to terminate app is very difficult. Still trying to terminate.

Find another app
Very suspicious about privacy policy and terms of use, can’t access these docs on their website. This app did a poor job at creating white background pics needed. Many retakes required, sometimes parts of shirts are whited out in error. Can’t delete pics from the app. Can’t access photos taken without an active subscription- even if you had an active subscription when the photos were taken.
Did not work.
Despite many attempts it never worked. Pics were all rejected by online US passport site.
Scam app
This app is just a pure scam for 1 week subscription. It doesn’t do the job. It fails cropping, it cant properly remove the background, it doesn’t do any checks whatsoever. You can upload there a photo of a dog, it removes half of it and still says photo is good and valid for your greencard

Passport Photo
The app is super easy to use. I wish I had four hands so I could give this app four thumbs down. Every photo that I had someone take of me was not accepted by gov.org to update my passport. I just used my iPhone camera and my photo was accepted. Do not waste your time or money on this app.
Return the money!
Terrible app! For some reason, a smeared background is superimposed on the shoulders!!
USELESS WASTE OF MONEY
None of the pics came out, plus SELFIES ARENT ALLOWED FOR PASSPORTS!
Passport Photo Rejected
Used this app to ensure passport photo would be accepted by US Dept. of State. It was rejected for containing too much pixelization. Took similar photo on my iPhone and uploaded it directly to passport renewal website and it was accepted with no modifications required by me. No need for this app.
