I sent a message to customer service and they told me to download the latest version. I just downloaded that very same version two days earlier. So, no resolutoin. I can't keep the thing running because it is constantly crashing on me. Then, I am in the trial subscription and use multiple devices as well as Passwarden & VPN Unlimited. Nothing communicates with each other and I cannot really use, nor actually try, anything. They all say that my subscription is expired. I'm in the trial subscription in one app but, it does not communicate effectively with the other apps.
