I have used this program for many many years. Version 7.3.1 corrupted text files stored under Others menu option! Apparently only very small files are supported. Please, test your releases before publishing them. Now I lost confidence that my information will not be lost forever.

It’s been my main go to password manager for years. I have one regret though.
There’s no option to export the data in an easily recognized standard format like PDF, XLS, TXT, DOC, CSV, etc. 

It would be easiest to do especially for those of us who don’t have any pictures and all we have our passwords and some notes. And the fear is what if I do an upgrade and the app stops working on my phone & I have no way to retrieve my data. With the ability to do a back up to one of the formats above at least I have my data in a readable format. But you don’t give us that option which is very disappointing.

I cannot synch my contents on iPhone to two of iPads I own using iCould or over WiFi.  I followed their instructions and even gave up and deleted apps then downloaded again. Nothing works.   I wrote email to their support from the link they provided, comes back with delivery failure.    Do not trust this app.  I need to look for a better app with legitimate customer service.

"iPassword needs to be updated.  The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of IOS."

I NEED help!! The original version of this app from over 8 years ago no longer works with the any iOS updates past 14.5. It’s a BLUE colored ipassword app. And that doesn’t allow any data type of backups to transfer to the pro version of the app. The passwords are not lost but I can’t open the app on my phone with the new iOS updates. Please fix this so I can get to my information. A lot of people who used that app are having the same issues. This is a great app other than this problem. I also have this pro version for different accounts and this is working still. PLEASE FIX THE BLUE VERSION OF THIS APP. THE EMAIL TO THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WORK FOR SUPPORT, the email keeps bouncing back as undeliverable.

Interest how the company held the same nap, created a new app, and never allowed the backup to happen on the switch over. Lost all of my data on passwords which I’ll eventually recover but no thanks to this company. They just stopped updating for the latest version of IOS and I am forever locked out because Apple will not allow access for a simple reason. It shouldn’t be to much to ask should it? Especially since this current one is completely up to date.

I used a PAID version of this app for years that I was happy with, without a warning flag prior to a recent push by Apple for an IOS update the program just stopped working and now requires the developer to update in order to open. No help anywhere to be found.

Apparently,  there are thousands of people like me that have lost years of saved passwords and secure data and neither Apple or this developer are doing anything to fix. Both are culpable for screwing there customer … Very Bad!!!
