I paid for the pro version then my the place where I keep passwords was taken and i couldn’t remember my password. There is no way to reset or get help even when you message where it says contact me. So even when you pay you get no support.
I used my Password Safe earlier today, but now I am locked out. I now get a message saying, I used the wrong password. There is apparently no way to get into this app ever again. I hate this! I have quite a few passwords in there that I’ll just have to change. This is not right.
This software is great I already informed you about the bug in Farsi in the email please follow up

I purchased password safe pro less than a year ago on a phone that was stolen. I didn’t realize that my password weren’t backed up. I lost over 87 passwords. Now the app is not recognizing my new phone as a paid pro user. I am being offered the free and limited version of this app. I searched for email or contact phone information of this company to inquire how to transfer my subscription to my new phone but to no avail. I am now looking for an alternative password application.
I’ve been using this app for at least 10 years now . I started using while it was a trial version and I had an android cellphone. I like it’s simplicity and easy set up. I’ve purchased the pro version which offers more security version and keeps this application competitive and at a reasonable fee. Thank you for pushing for the iOS version!!
Can’t save main password or change it you. Lose it
This is a great app and I will rate better if I can get some assistance with my issue. Why have a website to help with no additional way to assist people that love this app. I recently switched from android to apple and was able to follow all the instructions to successfully recover my passwords onto my new device. However, I had already purchased the pro version on my old device in the google play store. Is there no way to transfer my purchase onto my apple device? So I am forced to repurchase the pro version again? I would really appreciate an answer or any assistance that can be offered. This app has been so helpful and I use it daily and I would love to keep using it rather than switching to another option. Thank you.

This app needs to be ranked among the best password managers especially for privacy. No internet connection, great and responsive features. I do not need online sync etc. I just back up my backup file to a drive and keep it in my vault. The new update to change app icon is just awesome. 10. Stars
