Today everyone who is online almost has as many passwords, PINs and codes as there are password managers in the App Store.
With Passwords & Pins - there is another password manager. This one, though, is exactly what we were looking for:

Adequate security:
* AES 128 encryption (CBC Mode, 128-bit keys)
* Automatic, configurable lock (after n seconds)
* Personal data is destroyed following n incorrect logins (configurable)
* Never connects to the internet

Well-arranged and functional:
* TouchID supported (can be disabled)
* Quick search function
* Category browser
* Add your own Icons
* Import and export function (to files browser on device or iCloud)

I’ve used this app for years and (while I wish there were more icon options) I appreciate how I can store more details about each account or password in the notes section. By way of example, I save prior/old passwords when I have to change one or noted that a particular account/app requires a Capital, lower case, number and symbol, etc. There have been occasions when I haven’t realized I have two accounts for an account (e.g., Adobe - one business and one personal free account set up years before) and can use the “old” password to get into the 2nd account. Maybe that’s just a “me” thing, but it helps. This feature basically allows me to catalogues the dates & frequency of changing passwords, which comes in handy when talking to I.T. 
The app has come with me from phone to phone, and Support has historically been responsive.

I’ve been using this password app from the beginning when it first came out for iPhones, for 15+ years. It is great simple and reliable. I have recommended this app to all of my employees who had iPhones because the company at that time provided iPhones to all the designated management employees, and they were responsible for managing and keeping up with their passwords for many purposes. I highly recommend this password app, it is a great product, simple, and dependable.

WTH!!  I open this App, that I have had for a couple years now, and a message pops up saying that this App is causing my iPhone to run slow...then ALL of my passwords disappear. What is going on???????

They make it extreamily difficult to export your passports to your new phone and you have to got to some third party application to try to make this happen. WAY too complicated. This crap it way to antiquated. Unfortunatly for me I have about 100 pass words using this rediculious program and now I have to transfer everything manaually. You will not realize this until you are trying to export data years later. DO NOT GET THIS APP. DON'T DO IT. I've spent countless hours trying how to figure out thier system to export and there is just no realy way of doing. Why make it so difficult. NO ONE ELSE DOES THIS. TERRIBLE APP JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Easy to use, great layout, a 'must have' for me with hundreds of entries and counting. 

The Notes section for each entry is especially useful. You can add custom names and icons to fields. Plenty of space to store lots of info for each entry also.

I used this app daily and with confidence until yesterday, when the icon became on my desktop became inaccessible (looked black and did not open when touched). I looked for and found an update for my new iPhone 5S and iOS 7.0.2.  After updating, I had access to my Passbook entries in the update mode, but not on the regular "desktop" area display.  Please fix this for a 5-star rating!

had this app for a while and never had any problems but when my phone started freezing that's when I found out that this app does not back up to itunes and when I emailed support they stopped returning my emails. I lost everything and luckly I had it in several other locations. I also found out over the past few days that you can export the data to your compter, I even tried to import but I could never get it to work properly. I hate to get to know an app by having to fix problems.

I use this app often, and it comes in handy often. My only minor complaint is that you cannot use a numeric password without first switching from the alphabet to the numbers. This is minor and the app itself has been quite useful.
