This lite version comes with 13 recipes like Pastry Cream, Ganache, Strassburger Cookies, and Biscotti -- I can hardly wait for the full version!! Each recipe has four sections, Intro (to the recipe), Ingredients, detailed Directions and Chef Tips as well as a couple of VERY tempting photos. The Appendix provides additional information beyond each recipe Intro on different ingredients.
