Pastry Chef is an &quot;offline&quot; educational cooking App developed for people who enjoy food and cooking, particularly desserts. 

Pastry Chef provides a list of unique pastry recipes tested in professional kitchens around the World with precise instructions, beautiful photos, chef tips, techniques, product/recipe history and a four unit converter, all inside a clean and simple user interface. Don&#039;t expect to find thousands of recipes from the internet because Pastry Chef&#039;s priority is not quantity but quality of recipes which are normally hard to find or kept private by most Chefs. You&#039;ll find that Pastry Chef is a &quot;must have App&quot; for any Student, Cook, Teacher or experienced Pastry Chefs.

One look at the free version of app and i had to buy it, great graphics.  Individual recipe information tabs &amp; recipe tips are a bonus. 
The appendix tap is like a learning tool.  The metric converter is something I would not use.  Would like to see a simple US conversion table,  ex: 8 oz = 1 cup, 32oz in a quart,  4 cups = 1 quart,  etc, etc.

This PRO version has about 35 recipes and I haven&#039;t seen one since I downloaded the app that I wouldn&#039;t want to bake!! Make the Vanilla Buttercream and dollop it on the Pumpkin Pie or put in between the Peanut Butter Cookies! Rum Ball Filling too? Oh this is going to be bad...very, very bad (gotta buy new running shoes)!:*)
