Despite reaching out for support from patchwork for a year, I still do not get notified about shifts being posted. I have lost out on so many shifts because this app doesn’t work. Customer support is extremely poor and leave you frustrated just telling you to turn on notifications. This needs looking into.

I’ve contacted the WhatsApp user support who tells me the notifications definitely work. But they simply don’t.. I have an iPhone 13 on the latest ios. The app doesn’t display in the notifications in the iPhone settings. When you click on patchwork within the main ios menu there is no option to display notifications. So there is a fundamental fault with the app. Other reviews say exactly the same thing. This is a big disadvantage because I now have to check the shifts on the app a few times a day whereas if notifications worked I wouldn’t have to.
