Do not buy a puffco waste of money
Everything was fine till I couldn’t access the puffco app at all anymore and I can’t even use my rig bc of it do not get a puffco it’s a waste of money and not worth it bc the app will just shut down after a month

horrible experience. extremely disappointed with the app due to constant connectivity issues and numerous glitches that make it nearly impossible to use the app features. The user interface is outdated and often unresponsive, requiring frequent restarts during a small period of time
Browser?
Why is it a browser? Why does it sign me out every time even after redownloading? Why can I only save a few settings? Why is it so painful to use when the device itself is great? It’s lacking in functionality and uses

So I have the peak pro. They said download the app for optimal performance. The app works like a loser stepson when it wants to. It gives a message that says “ error loading url refresh”! Developers need to fix this
Puffco app
My puffco won’t connect to the app I have no access to update or to customize anything
Not really an app
Just make an app, I already have a browser. You should at least advertise that you can't or won't make an app for iOS instead of conveniently forgetting to mention it until after you have people's money. Misleading and dishonest.
App not working
I have tried over and over to reach someone in reguards to my app malfunctioning yet it’s been weeks now. Is this really how you treat customers after spending 400+. Way to go puffco
The apps trash
Can I get like a refund what’s the point in the app if it always kicks u to the google chrome search engine I rather just have my 700 dollars back and I can send u the xl chamber the knife the puffco I just want to dab right not have problems puffco come get ur peak back trash
Absolutely Terrible App for IPhone Users
I have to delete and redownload the app at least twice a week and there are always connection issues. Almost makes the puffco peak pro not worth it, almost.

I love the device but trying to use this has gotta be one of the worst internet experiences it’s possible to have in 2024 and that’s saying a lot
