## Pathwise Credit Union Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Transfers and paying bills"
So user friendly.
-- itsajoke1961, 2026-02-27

### ***** "You and me"
The first few months I had lots of problems dealing with your system. It appears that you worked on it and now things work a hell of a lot better. My last transaction was a pleasant experience, the person I dealt with was exceedingly helpful. You have come a long way keep it up.stop changing stuff or aleast tell us ahead off time.
-- brutus & osprey, 2022-12-30

### *---- "Review"
Hate your new app!!!! Why did you change it, was so easy before! Would give it a zero if I could
-- EvrythngIsAlrht, 2022-12-08

### ***** "Sweet"
Use all over when I travel
-- johnnydian, 2022-03-13

### *---- "Horrible app"
This app keeps shutting down and requires constant updating or just won’t open. Can’t do fingerprint or Face ID most of the time. Logging in requires long card number which is cumbersome and annoying. Don’t recommend
-- gblos, 2021-12-21

### ****- "Seniors"
I feel as a senior citizen I should not have to pay these $1 service charges I originally didn’t have to once I reached 55/65 & don’t understand why it changed especially when I am on a fixed income
I will say service is quick tho
-- grammi 3, 2020-11-02

### *---- "Switching Banks!!"
Most unprofessional customer experience ever!!
-- Cdnzx6r, 2020-05-10

### *---- "Worst update"
The most recent has had my account completely messed up! I log onto my account with my username and password to find someone else's name and money! WORST UPDATE EVER!!!!!
-- Im switching banks, 2017-06-21

### *---- "Terrible app"
This is the worst app/bank I have ever used it randomly asks you one of you secret questions and it you don't Remember in the first few guesses it locks your account until you can call them during regular business hours then it takes 24 hours for them to unlock your account once they finally do it
-- Aaron86FCC, 2016-04-06

### ***-- "Pretty Good, But"
Pretty good app for what it does, but the opening screen (the one with the AWCCU logo and the family) stays up for far too long. I can actually go to the website and check my balance faster than it takes for the app to load.
