All I want to do is pay my bill but you make it so complicated. There is no way someone over 55 years old could figure this out. You have to first scan a QR code on your bill which is fine - I assumed it would take me to a bill Payment site but no. You have to download an app, then scan QR code again within the app, then a virtual assistant pops up and you have to carefully hold your phone still over the bill while the app uses AR to explain the bill.
