I want to be able to manage my subscriptions, yet this app cannot even do that.  It has silly abstract icons at the top of the screen instead of more standard recognisable menu icons.   It’s chock full of social media type rubbish… hard to get to useful information.  Just a terrible UI design overall… you’re better off just launching the web page in Safari.

There are too many rough edges in this app which make it a trial rather than a pleasure to use.
The number of times I’ve had to restart it because of the spinning disc of doom when it’s supposed to be fetching more data.
The number of times I’ve lost my place in whatever I’m reading because it’s interpreted a drag on the screen as a left/right action and closed the post rather than scrolling down which is what I wanted.
The fight to get it to refresh the data it’s cached leading to another restart.
It’s a classic example of where the web site remains better than the app.

This is my first time using this app and I’m loving it so far watching the ‘have a word podcast’ but I think ( if there’s not already one that I’ve not found) it needs a continue watching section as I have to click on the folder I want then scroll all the way down to find what I was watching earlier. As great as this app is and it really is, there are issues. I no longer get notifications sent to me when I have a message, new post etc. my settings are all ok within the phone settings. Other issue which seems to be an odd idea but you can’t delete private messages, why in 2024 is this not an option to be able to delete a direct message when it’s possible in pretty much every other app out there.

I hate this app. Every time i try to play audio uploaded by creators i get the error “something’s gone wrong” and it just won’t play. 

On the rare chance i do get the audio to play i can’t seek or scrub through it. One hour audio and i can’t even scroll to a certain point or section, it just continues playing from the beginning. Just stick to the browser version everyone.
