I love Breathwork. I never got anywhere with meditation on its own. Breathwork really helps me connect to my body. It’s helps pull me out out my head and land in wherever the sensations are coming from - then I’m able to feel through whatever it is. I only gave it 4 stars because I’m tired of the drums being the majority of the background noise. The intros are so lovely and then a lot of the times (lately) when the drums start it’s like a jerk/spasm and I’m tense again. Please, please, please!!!! Give us a bigger variety or background sounds. Something more soothing, perhaps.

After reading Samantha Skelly’s book, Hungry for Happiness, I discovered this app. I can’t tell you how life-changing it’s been to use the app as I do the journal/homework entries in the book. I have so much more peace in my life, I’m happier, and I’m on track to completing some of my other goals for the year. I do at least one of these breathwork exercises a day and the more I practice, the better it gets. A month and a half in and I can’t ever see breathwork leaving my lifestyle.

This is the best breathwork app I’ve ever used and I have used many. I love the layout and clear options of shorter sessions (3, 5, 10 mins) and longer sessions (25, 45 mins). I love the options for many different focuses (e.g, manifestation to clearing self-doubt) and the use of different breath techniques. I love the clarity of Sam’s voice and her intention, as well as her energy. It’s like I’m breathing in the same room with her and her healing energy is so palpable. I am grateful for such a powerful app and I refer many of my patients and clients to this app. Thank you, Sam for putting this powerful tool into the world! 🙏🏼🌍

There are not enough words to explain how powerful this app, breathwork and Samantha Skelly are! I use this app (or breathe with a Pause Facilitator) every single day. It has changed and continues to change my life so much. I am grateful that I can choose the length of sessions I have time for as well as find the intention I need. I adore this app so much. Breathwork has completely transformed my life in such a short period of time. I come to the app everyday to breathe unless I do a live session or recording with Samantha, whom I also adore. I am beyond grateful for this gift she has so graciously shared with us all. I can’t even remember what my life was like before Pause.

Don’t use this app. Sam swindles people into joining her programs starting at $7,500. Her sales people lie to you about the program to get you to pay them money and then they don’t issue a refund. Look into who you are listening to before you download this.

Like the song says when you need a friend lean on me this app is ultra unique and valuable to you because when perhaps you’re not your best self and your mind is trying to convince you of that you can press a button breathe pause and give yourself the gift of the moment you can lean on a friend and listen and while breathing you’re guided to your best potential self You can immediately change your state of mind and improve your body alignment become one what a gift to give to yourself and soon I’m sure you’ll share this with others you care about believe in your best potential self and use the app to help you get into that State of mind and body of soul …daily cheers to your happiness Which is of course ….the meaning of life Michael

I purchased this app after hearing Samantha speak at a seminar. I had never heard of breathwork before but I was intrigued by the science and the intuitive simplicity of it. I have found sitting meditation and being present in my body to be challenging and needed something to help me feel more grounded. I started practicing breathwork daily and it has been so helpful. Samantha’s voice and the music guides me through each session in a way that allows me to access self-compassion more easily. What started as glimpses of myself a few months ago has snowballed into more steady and heartful connection to myself and others. I can’t recommend this practice enough.
