It usually is.

Het beloofd een unieke ervaring te worden. Maar kern van het probleem is dat je gedwongen bent met je vinger (vrij hard vind ik zelfs) over het scherm te blijven wrijven.

Groot fan van technologie en mindfulnes gecombineerd. Deze pakt tot mijn grote spijt niet goed uit.

In deze app hou je je duim op het scherm en beweeg je hem een beetje heen en weer. Als je los laat stopt het hele gebeuren kleur bel ding en dan kan je weer op nieuw beginnen onder het mom van een pauze. Dat is het enige wat je kan doen. Het werkt verder niet zo relaxedend eerder frustrerend omdat ik er centjes naar gegooit heb. Beetje jammer dit.

Hele fijne app. Standaard staat de tijd op 10 minuten. Ik heb daar 6 minuten van gemaakt omdat ik 10 wat te lang vond. Het is aan te raden om, vlak voor je de app start, even op je ademhaling te letten. Probeer rustiger te gaan ademen. En let ook op of je je gezichtsspieren wel ontspant. Want als je net zoals ik de eerste keer met hard dichtgeknepen ogen en kiezen op elkaar geklemd aan de app begint dan heeft ie echt aanzienlijk minder impact. Want dan is te lastig om in het moment te blijven en ga je steeds te snel. Maar als je daar op let en dan aan de app begint dan zul je na een paar keer oefenen helemaal tot rust komen en ineens heel wakker de wereld in kijken daarna. Ik ben nu al verslaafd aan deze app. Ik vind het een aanrader!
