I liked the app at first but I had no idea my initial 37 dollar purchase would auto renew in six months for 96 dollars. 
  This is unethical even if it’s legal. Furthermore my dog Felix died weeks after I started so my 37 dollars was already wasted. 
  I gave it two stars because the course was well done but the deceptive renewal is shameful.

The lessons in this app are helpful, although the programs are a bit long. It’s sometimes hard to find exactly what you’re looking for in all of that. But the real sweet spot of this app is the Expert Chat. I’ve worked with both Ave and Hazel and they have each been incredibly helpful. They asked a lot of questions to understand my issues and then gave easy to understand and practical advice that I could implement immediately. I’ve seen a big improvement in the dynamic between my two dogs in only a few short days. I still have to do the hard work, but it’s so much easier now that I’ve got a great resource.

What the heck is this? I hoped on to do,the new lesson and was asked to upgrade to premium and saw this. Then when I clicked on delete my account. It asked if wanted to get a lifetime membership for $29.99.  While I like the short, easy to understand and do lessons a lot, this new development has me losing trust that this app is not scamming me. It also had a misspelling in the tab Turn off Auto Renewal.
