I don’t get many surveys but when I do as you complete the last question I get a thank you for doing the survey then I’m usually asked what it was about and to leave a comment to improve the survey. I do that and then I get a message saying I’ve been disqualified . I find this very frustrating and feel it’s pointless doing surveys because they take time and then you get disqualified . On what basis can they do this when you’ve completed the survey !.

This whole system is truly a massive waste of time and will only lead to frustration. I’ve been using this app for a few days now, I’m lucky if I have maybe 5 successful surveys (this is out of god knows how many I tried) because the app keeps crashing and giving “survey unsuccessful” 

Not to mention the “bandwidth sharing” is entirely useless, I shared mine for literally days only to have 0.0004 of a gigabyte shared?? Pathetic!!!

And when you do finally get an email back from these guys, it’s the same old “we don’t provide the surveys, maybe you didn’t meet their requirements” 

Maybe this is the case but every single survey and constant app crashes?
