## Pawp Description
As featured in Forbes, NBC, Money, People, Insider, and Variety, Pawp is a modern vet clinic that puts an expert in your back pocket so you’re never alone when it comes to your pet’s health. Pawp’s pet care membership provides dogs, cats, and their parents unlimited access to a team of veterinary doctors and nurses who are available 24/7 via video and text. Pawp’s care team uses empathy and expertise to provide a personalized care experience for dogs and cats whether they’re sick, healthy, or in-between. Ask a vet anything about your pet’s health, nutrition, and behavior and receive real-time advice you can trust.

CONNECT WITH A VET 24/7 & TALK TO SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST
Chat with our expert team of veterinary doctors and nurses from the comfort of your home — or anywhere — day or night. Pawp offers on-demand pet advice meaning there’s no weeks-long wait to get an appointment. Get vet help when your pet needs it, don’t wait for office hours.

GET UNLIMITED APPOINTMENTS & FOLLOW UP ON YOUR SCHEDULE
You can text or video chat with licensed veterinary professionals as many times as you need to. Ask a vet your everyday pet questions as well as seek advice for urgent and emergency issues. Get a second opinion that isn’t the search engine. Ask follow-up questions when they come to your mind.

ASK A VET ANYTHING — WHETHER IT’S URGENT OR YOU NEED A GUT CHECK
Pawp’s care team is filled with knowledgeable and understanding pet professionals in areas like health (vomiting, diarrhea, injury, infections) as well as nutrition (weight loss, food choice, allergies), and behavior (new puppy and kitten questions, cat hiding, or dog spraying).

GET PERSONALIZED & ACTIONABLE PLANS FOR ONGOING CARE
We make sure your pet’s care doesn’t stop when their Pawp visit is over. Our care team will make sure you have the tools you need to give your pet the care they deserve. Each visit results in actionable (and achievable) tasks you can complete to make sure your pet’s ongoing health remains a priority. These can include exercise recommendations, vet-approved resources, and relevant products our experts swear by.

## Pawp Reviews in United States

### *---- "Fraud Transactions"
If I can give this app a 0 I would. I canceled a “membership” and was still charge a $99 fee, there is no number to call you get a email notification and nothing is done but just a “we apologize” notification. This is the worst app ever, it’s not real, all they do is scam your money and take away. There is no help for your pet or even to speak to any representative. Don’t download or even try this app the free month is a scam.
-- Victim of Fraud1, 2024-12-30

### ***** "Worth It"
I understand conditions can’t be diagnosed over the phone, but this app has given me peace of mind being able to show a vet what’s going on and determine whether it’s something to run to the local vet over or watch for a day or so and see if it mends on its own. Twice now I have been able to show a vet a minor condition (swollen eyelid in one case, swollen gums in another) and both times the vet verified it looked alright for the moment and gave me things to watch for. I have such a tendency to get my babies looked at with even the smallest ailment, at times causing them even more stress by taking them to the office. This app has saved me a lot of stress, the pets stress, and has Saved me several hundred dollars as just walking into the vet office costs $96 here. I highly recommend!

### *---- "By FAR 1 of the WORST"
This app is glitchy, customer support and the engineering department are unprofessional with zero knowledge or expertise in their poor class product. Walmart blessed them by partnering and they in return offered 1 year free doctor consultations via a faulty cheap product that really doesn’t do much for you and to top things off the mechanism they have in place within the app to rate their agents is even faulty. It literally jumps around when trying to type a review like it’s playing getaway from you. Literal joke of a business product. Save your money there are plenty of services out there. It’s a matter of time Walmart+ cuts them loose.

### ***** "Thanks"
This is an awesome service made available to pet parents and enthusiasts altogether. The access to honest pet care professionals is overwhelmingly positive and I can barely contain myself with the amount of appreciation I would like to express. I’m a new pet parent and I’m finding it very rewarding for myself to have come across this amazing service. Thank you to all involved in making this wonderful application available. The pet world is definitely a better place with you in it.
-- DINERO$DAD, 2024-12-22

### ***** "Amazing help"
Has some amazing vets and would so recommend you can just message them at any time and it is awesome I have a few times now and every time has had amazing help and it nice to know I get get ahold of a vet at anytime and make sure my dog is doing well
-- C dog w, 2024-12-22

### ***** "Pawp"
Love this app! Wish they could go ahead and treat for some things but getting advice is just as good sometimes! God bless yall for caring for our critters too!
-- Appstrc., 2024-12-18

### *---- "Money hungry company"
They took my money when they perfectly know I never used their services. I cancelled my subscription but I never got an email confirmation from them. This is the excuse they are to charge me for a subscription I’m not interested in. Very greedy company
-- Gladys0301, 2024-12-11

### ***** "Just the way they helps"
I was help so quickly and so efficiently I Iwould come to this app for answers if that’s all I need, because I need answers and questions is all I was able to proceed with and I received great help I and foxy says thanks.
-- Ms. Mirrorickhaills, 2024-12-03

### ***** "Vet help"
My Australian Shepherd injured his back today. I was very concerned. Contacted PAWP and was chatted with within three minutes. The help I received was very informative and reassuring. I highly recommend this service for your pets. I live in a rural area where there is no on-call veterinarian this service eased my mind.
-- thomasconst, 2024-11-29

### *---- "Not worth the time or money!?!"
Pawp app is a waste of money. They took my payment but failed to provide any real service. When I reached out, their support was unhelpful and unable to answer even basic pet care questions. The vague advice they gave is easily found with a quick Google search. Save your money and look elsewhere!
