## PayAny Description
PayAny is a multi-currency account for people and businesses who move money across borders. Top up in the currency you hold, exchange it at the rate you see, and send it out to a bank account, to another PayAny account, or collect it in cash — from one app.

DEPOSIT
• Transfer from your own bank to a deposit account that belongs to you alone, then attach the receipt from your phone.
• Pay in cash at a PayAny office. The app carries the address, the opening hours, and the voucher to present at the counter.
• Share a deposit link so someone else can pay into your account.

WITHDRAW
• Send to a beneficiary's bank account. Beneficiaries are saved, and recent payees are one tap away.
• Collect in cash at an office, against the voucher the app issues.
• Send to another PayAny account, free of charge.
• The amount card tells you the most that can leave right now — and shows the arithmetic behind that figure if you want it.

EXCHANGE
• Instant Exchange: convert between the currencies you hold, at the rate quoted before you confirm.
• Target Rate Exchange: name the rate you are waiting for, and PayAny exchanges for you when it is reached.
• Exchange on Arrival: have money that lands in one currency exchanged into another as it arrives.
• Rate Updates: PayAny sends its latest rates for the pairs you pick, to the places you choose.

FOLLOW EVERY ORDER
• Deposits, withdrawals and exchanges in one history, grouped by day, with a filter for every status.
• Anything still in flight sits on the home screen with the stage it has reached.
• Balance history for every movement in and out of each currency.
• Choose which currencies your balance shows, and in what order.

TOOLS
• Insights: what came in, went out and was exchanged, month by month.
• Fees & Timing: what a deposit, a withdrawal or an exchange costs and how long it takes, before you start.
• Cash Offices: every PayAny office with its address, its opening hours and whether it is open now.
• Bank Calendar: the bank holidays that can delay a transfer.

FOR TEAMS
• Give each member of staff their own sign-in and a role.
• Write approval rules so that payments above an amount wait for a second person.

STAY IN CONTROL
• Face ID or Touch ID to open the app, and a separate fund password for anything that moves money.
• Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.
• An anti-phishing code you choose yourself, carried in every message we send, so you can tell ours from an imitation.
• Support is inside the app — text, photos, voice notes and files, answered by a person.

PayAny speaks fifteen languages, including English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Swahili and Chinese.

PayAny deals in fiat currencies only. It is not a cryptocurrency exchange: there is no trading, no investment product, and no crypto wallet in this app.
