Exchange price is too high 1 usdt is 4.05 SR + first transaction is without fees and after that the fees became high Sorry but it’s overpriced, also u can sell to them 1 usdt for 3.6 SR+ fees ,i mean it’s really low and i don’t recommend buying or selling at all there is better options.

The money was removed instantly from my account but not it not getting back there after multiple calls and face verification y’all need to do better or you will loose all your customers so bad the money was removed from my PayPal in seconds but to refund takes days that not very nice and I really need my refund PAYBIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using it for 8 years and then for no reason in middle of purchase it says my account was deactivated for security reasons. Customer service said they can’t do anything or tell me why. Lost money and they won’t delete my account or my banking information. Very shady!!

My first time using this app the minimum says $5 and no fee so my transaction would be free. There were hidden fees I didn’t know about . Then all of a sudden my transaction failed and won’t be returned til 14 days . Which is ridiculous because the money was took off instant . I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone . Customer service shows no empathy towards customers or even tries to resolve the issue . Big NO

I have been using PAYBIS for a year and never had problem now when I try to buy crypto I get an error message that says 3D security Authentication failure Can you explain what is that means and how Do I fix it.

I tried the app. Verified my identity even received clearance thru security. Unable to process simple transaction every time.
