This website is a haven for scammers, making it ridiculously easy for them to steal money from victims. After being scammed via PayBy, I reached out to their so-called ‘risk team,’ and instead of offering real help, they made me jump through hoops—demanding a copy of my ID, my debit card, and even a selfie with it. After all that, their final advice? ‘Contact the police.’ Seriously? If they can’t help get my money back, why bother with this invasive nonsense? This site isn’t just unhelpful; it actively aids scammers. Avoid it at all costs!

I had some issues regarding my phone number, because it was expire so i cant receive some OTP , i keep on sending emails regarding the steps on how to change the phone number, they send some instruction to help me but after doing those stuff i still end on nothing, the results of the instruction that they sent is different on the reality, i keep on sending some emails and yet they reply late, still nothing happen. I hope you will fix this issues. I am not happy on the results and very disappointed.
