The app hides your parking info - so it can show you ads - even though they already charge you ridiculous $0.50 just to process a transaction- which costs them a fraction of a cent. Horribly designed money grab.

I received a charge on my phone for a monthly parking pass. I only bought a day use pass and the app reflects that. They claim only TransLink can refund me. TransLink says they can’t because Pay By Phone takes the payment. Horrible service. Absolute scam.

Too many promotions, too many reminders to turn on SMS reminders (I am never going to do that), user interface is slow and it feels like every tap press goes through a gauntlet of slow microservice cloud requests. Omits the parking location name in the list of purchased parking passes. 
Even the best parking app would still be annoying because I have to use it when parking in town.

Been a while since I used the app. The app asked to verify my email. Email has changed so I remained in the app and changed the email address with no password or 2FA required. I entered the number that was emailed to the new address, and the app accepted it. So if I’m in the app already in someone else’s account, then the app has allowed me to take it over.

If you make a mistake with you license plate and notice it after they don’t refund you. You have to double pay. 
This is one of a few ways in which the app and company is frustrating to deal with. I get it, we have to pay for parking. But they almost have it set up to take advantage of honest mistakes. As such I don’t like the ethos of this company.

Easy to use and set up. I use it now instead of my credit card. I can sit in the car and the app will find the nearest pay station. Bonus is if you have additional minutes available for purchase and you need a few more minutes you can do that from your remote location on your phone.
