到貨速度慢，只能選宅配，司機還找不到位置，又不能提供多種選擇，又不挑好的宅配公司特別是下訂之前根本不知道大概什麼時間會到，只能下訂之後慢慢等，等到自己都忘記有訂這個東西，然後他突然到了，然後被司機抱怨沒有人取

我覺得最重要的是不能評價商品，也看不到其他人的問題，光是不能看到買過的人的評價我就不願意在這裡買東西了，更別提之前有過賣假貨的風波
而且這裡的商品還比其他地方貴，還宣稱是獨家優惠，根本是利用很多公司發點數來避稅的方法來綁架消費者

設計超級白癡 好不容易找到能點進去的高鐵+飯店
結果填選表單一直卡在高鐵人數跟住宿人數沒辦法完成
啊都已經填選正確人數還一直鬼打牆一下說高鐵人數不對 一下說住宿人數不對 
就雙人旅遊填兩位到底在不對什麼？？？
整個使用感覺就是非常差 找半天也找不到線上客服能解決
就是一間過氣的購物平台 趕快收一收啦

建議禮劵類的面額可以依照需求兌換，比如擁有5000禮劵可以在兌換時直接輸入想兌換的整數面額，這樣在使用上可以更方便！畢竟在百貨公司結帳要刷五張QR Code蠻累人的，若是可以直接兌換5000元刷一張QR Code會方便許多！加油！
