Terrible customer service!

I’m traveling for 3 weeks, and all was find until the last update. Now it is a nightmare with bugs. For 2 weeks now I have to click 50 times in attach receipt to get it to work, clearly after the update. There is NO HELP in the app, no contact AT ALL! What kind of tech support is that?!
