I’m struggling to find the option to permanently delete my profile and re apply, help will be greatly appreciated.

This app had various issues, the main one is with its service, I tried making an instalment 17 times and it did not deduct from my bank account, the chat to us service is terrible and no help, their phone lines just keep you on hold the entire time. Rather use payflex, this is a terrible app.

I keep getting error messages and reset my password. Then when I do, it says “something went wrong”..

Firstly the app is great to navigate and easy to use, I recently encountered a problem with my password I had forgotten it. I go to the option of forgot password it takes me to the bar where I have to enter a my email or cellphone number. I put my details and go to my email to reset my password, in my email I get a set of instructions of the type of password it should be without a button to press so that I can perform those actions either on my email or get redirected back to the app to reset the password like most apps, which was not the case. I spent 4 days interacting with a bot that couldn’t solve the problem neither did the agents as they’re telling me I have the outdated app (2.6.0 latest update) which was not the case. I deleted the app re-downloaded it still experienced the same thing. You’re developers need to do a better job before rolling out an app.

Support team cares less about clients, very sad. I had issues with my profile, and solved it. After a year I got to use it again; was given what to spend; got in the shop and not recognized. Contact support they just dismissed me after I shared my selfie. How can I be removed from the pay just now system entirely?

Love this app!! It's very nice and it gives you the freedom to pay in 3 months with no interest if you pay on time, you can even buy items on special!

Amazing initiative to help South Africans get out of debt or lots of unbearable credit. This app and it’s developers deserve more than a round of applause as this help with the country’s financial crisis
