Transfer from. Merchant account to personal account you get charged and alot of delays 2. Don’t use this app to pay for things or matatu fare.. will show deducted then 10minutes later it cancels the transaction 3. Registration frustrates you get KYC.. then you have to do it all over again in Merchant account…. 4. You can cant give people a paybill with out the app…. 5. This app is yet to understand the market…. Its half backed yet theirs idea are great…. Cant even compete with Airtel app let alone Safaricom… 6. In December, I transferred 5,000 KES from my KCB account, which was deducted immediately, yet the funds have never reflected in my Payless account. It has been months of being taken in circles by a support team that clearly doesn't care. I have tried following up via WhatsApp and X (Twitter), but my messages are ignored while they continue to operate as if nothing is wrong. It is completely unacceptable to leave a customer in limbo for this long without a single honest update. At this point, this feels less like a technical error and more like daylight robbery. You cannot just "lose" people's hard-earned money and then go silent. To anyone thinking of using this app: STAY AWAY. They are quick to facilitate the deduction but provide zero accountability when the money vanishes. Until my 5k is either credited or refunded, I will continue to warn everyone that this company is untrustworthy.
