收唔到退款

一個退款搞左半個月，等佢覆個email都等幾日然後只回你一句冇退款指示，服務係真差。

System bug on redeem the discount coupon

When I use PayMe app for payment and using their discount coupon. Unfortunately, the system has error and did not redeem the coupon. When wrote the complaint to their CS, they only provide the guideline to redeem without any investigation. The response is made me disappointed and unprofessional without any investigation. I think HSBC is one of major financial institution company in HK, but CS quality service is very poor and disappointed. Pls improve your staff ASAP.

Freeze 左個app，重裝直頭完全login 唔到，成個app根本廢咗，請回覆退返錢比我，唔再用大貓啲app

The most trash scan ever

My phone almost burn and it just said too dark and too bright What an idiot app ever use I use 15 pro and it just can’t choose a correct les to scan the idiot programme should be fire

Was a very good and convenient app. As time passed, more and more restrictions and requirements applied makes it no longer competitive.
